THE MOVE METHOD 

4 months of coming back to yourself

The MOVE Method is for people who are done understanding their patterns and ready to interrupt them.

This is body-first work. We don't start with your story. We start with your nervous system. With the felt sense of what's been frozen and what's ready to move.

Because here's what I've learned after four years and 500+ clients:

The most stuck people aren't lacking insight. They're drowning in it. They use understanding as another way to avoid feeling.

Real change happens below language. In the body. In the breath. In the moments where you finally let yourself feel what you've been organizing your entire life around not feeling.

What is the MOVE method?

M — Map the Freeze

First, we see clearly. Where has freeze been disguising itself as productivity? Where has endurance replaced choice? Where has fear been calling itself realism?

You stop blaming yourself and start seeing the patterns. The brilliant survival strategy that kept you safe and is now keeping you stuck.

O — Occupy the Body

Then, we come home. Through breath, through movement, through sound and shaking and all the ways the body knows how to discharge what it's been holding. Letting the body complete what got interrupted. Letting the freeze thaw.

V — Voice the Grief

This is where most approaches stop. But this is where the real work lives. We grieve. The life postponed. The self abandoned. The years spent waiting for permission that was never going to come.

Grief is what releases the unconscious loyalty to staying stuck. Without it, people refreeze. With it, something finally lets go.

E — Embody Choice

And then, we practice choosing. From the body, instead of the mind. Learning what yes feels like. What no feels like. Learning to trust movement over certainty. You stop waiting to feel ready and start acting from aliveness instead of obligation.

 

The world stops feeling hostile. Movement feels safe again.

Weekly 1:1 Calls

Weekly 1:1 sessions (60 minutes) with me on video call. Somatic work, breathwork, coaching woven together based on what you need.

Personalized Practices

I record audio practices specifically for you, for your patterns, for your edges. Your name. Your medicine. Something you keep.

Whatsapp Support

Voice note access between sessions. When something comes up, you don't have to wait a week to process it. You send me a voice note. I respond within 24 hours.
