THE 4-WEEK ALCHEMICAL ARC
We're following Jung's map of transformation — not as theory, but as lived experience through your body.
WEEK 1: NIGREDO (The Blackening) You're going into the dark. Not to wallow, but to witness. This is where we stop running from the shadows and turn to face them. Your nervous system will resist. Your mind will create every excuse. But your body knows: the only way out is through.
Daily practice: Somatic shaking, breath of fire, meeting your reflection without flinching. We're burning away the performance, the masks, the nice girl who's been suffocating you.
WEEK 2: ALBEDO (The Whitening) The ash settles. You've burned away what wasn't yours, and now there's space. This week is about purification — not in some virginal, sanitized way, but like a bone bleached clean by the desert sun. You're learning to hold emptiness without rushing to fill it.
Daily practice: Womb breathing, water rituals, silence practices. Your intuition starts speaking in the quiet.
WEEK 3: CITRINITAS (The Yellowing) The dawn comes. Not the full sun yet, but that first gold thread on the horizon. This is where your actual self — not the trauma response, not the coping mechanism — starts to emerge. You're remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
Daily practice: Solar plexus activation, creative expression rituals, voice work. Your power center comes online.
WEEK 4: RUBEDO (The Reddening) Integration. The sacred marriage of all your parts — shadow and light, masculine and feminine, human and divine. This isn't transcendence; it's embodiment. You're not leaving your humanity behind; you're finally inhabiting it fully.
Daily practice: Heart-womb connection, gratitude practices that actually work, creating your personal ritual for moving forward.
ON EMOTIONAL SAFETY
This isn't trauma porn. We're not here to retraumatize you or have you relive your worst moments for "healing."
You'll be held in a container with clear boundaries. You choose how deep you go. You choose what you share. You choose when to pause.
I'm trained in trauma-informed facilitation. I know the difference between breakthrough and breakdown. More importantly, I trust your body's wisdom to guide the process. We're not forcing anything open that isn't ready.
If you're in active crisis, severe PTSD, or fresh trauma, this might not be your moment. Not because you're "too broken" but because you deserve the right support at the right time.

WHY WE'RE CREATING ART

I started creating art and writing songs about a month ago for the first time in my life. I took the darkest parts of my story and put them on paper. It wasn't pretty art. Not inspirational quotes over sunset photos. Raw, uncomfortable, sometimes ugly art that looked like how I actually felt.
That's how I became Hecate — goddess of the crossroads, keeper of the threshold, the one who walks between worlds. I stopped trying to heal my pain and started transmuting it into power.
My trauma didn't disappear. But it transformed from a weight that crushed me into fuel that drove me. The abuse became art. The abandonment became music. The rage became creative fire.
This is alchemy. Not escaping your pain, but transforming it into medicine.
