I'm Yuliya — a breathwork facilitator, nervous system witch, and guide for people breaking free from the patterns that keep them small.

I was born in Ukraine, escaped a volatile upbringing through a scholarship to NYU Abu Dhabi, and spent years moving through countries without a home base, achieving my way through burnout, living for a decade in a functional freeze state until my body refused to cooperate anymore.

​

I learned somatic work the hard way — by needing it. I'm certified in Conscious Connected Breathwork, nervous system work, stress resilience and burnout coaching, and meditation.

​

This guide was born from my own breaking point — from the practices that taught my body it was safe to stop performing. Safe to be myself. Safe to trust.
